How much is the entry fee for the event and how can I pay?

Entry Fees for the One Day Event is Rs.1,500/- and can be paid online.

Can entry fee be paid at the day of event and how do I pay?

Yes, Entry Fees can be paid at the day of event.
Spot Participant has to pay Entry Fees of Rs.1,850/- in Cash.

What all are included in the entry fees?

Event Day Meal i.e. Morning Breakfast, Vegetarian Lunch & Evening Snacks
Event Participant Certificate & Medal
Basic Medical and Technical assistance
Participant Return Transportation from Kalyan to GHV and back
Return Transportation for Participant Cycles from Kalyan to GHV and back

Can a person from Outside Mumbai / Maharashtra participate for the Event?

Yes, anyone and from anywhere in India can participate for the event

What is the age limit for the participant?

Minimum age is 14 (fourteen) years. There is no limit to for maximum age as long as feel healthy and your doctor has no problem with your participation in this event.

How good mobile connectivity @ GHV Endeavour Trail?

GHV Endeavor Trail has good Jio Mobile Network connectivity.

Will there be any medical assistance for the event?

First – aid will always be around for immediate assistance and a qualified Doctor will be part of organizing team who will able to advice on the next course of action.

What kind of technical/mechanical assistant will be available?

An experienced and qualified mechanic will be available, only to offer basic support and tool to maintain your bike.

What are Categories for Event?

There are Three Categories – Elite for Professionals | Amateur for Beginners | Feminine for Ladies

Can Participant shuffle category before the event?

Yes participant can shuffle category of ride any times until the day of event.

Can Female ride under Elite category?

Yes, she can ride under Elite Category and she will not be considered under feminine category anymore.

What are the Winning Prizes?

Elite Category

1st Winning Prize : Rs.15,000/- + Winning Certificate
2nd Winning Prize : Rs.6,000/- + Winning Certificate
3rd Winning Price : Free Unlimited Entry to Pump Track for 1 Year

Amateur Category

1st Winning Prize : Rs.5,000/- + Winning Certificate
2nd Winning Price : Free Unlimited Entry to Pump Track for 1 Year
3rd Winning Price : Free Unlimited Entry to Pump Track for 6 months

Feminine Category

1st Winning Prize : Rs.5,000/- + Winning Certificate
2nd Winning Prize : Free Unlimited Entry to Pump Track for 1 Year

What if someone wants to come a day prior to event or wants to stay a day after the event?

Participant has to pay additional charge of Rs.750/- which will cover One Dinner and One Night Stay @ GHV.

Is there any facility for Non-Participant who wants to join the event for fun?

Yes, Non-Participant can join the event by paying Rs.750/- which will include return transportation from & to Kalyan, Event Day Meal i.e. Morning Breakfast, Vegetarian Lunch & Evening Snacks.

What is the cancellation policy?

No refunds on cancellation. No part payment option.

What will happen if it rains or unexpected natural calamity?

The only serious threat of would be heavy and incessant rains, in case of unexpected turn of event, the organizers will handle it professionally and it would be nice if the participants are supportive to help us tide over the issue.
